As the Norwich City of Ale prepares to celebrate its fifth year, a competition is being held to find a name for the new charity beer.

A dozen customers queueing for their first taste of Norwich’s newest restaurant were hoping its waffles and burgers would reach celestial heights of culinary excellence.

They beat the Baltics, despite being better known for brewing beer and now their vodka has been hailed as the best in the world. STACIA BRIGGS went to Southwold to visit Adnams’ award-winning distillery.
