The Met Office has issued a fresh weather warning for Norfolk as the county is set to be hit by more heavy rain.

According to the agency, another spell of rain will fall from midday today on to the "saturated ground", leading to further flooding and travel disruption.

The warning is in place until 3am tomorrow and some communities may be cut off by flooded roads, power cuts and water outages.

The Environment Agency has also issued two new warnings for the River Nar and the River Yare.

The areas affected include Cringleford, Narborough, Marham and Trowse Newton. 

There are 11 further flood alerts in place across the county. 

It comes just days after Storm Henk swept the country, bringing gale-force wind and higher-than-average rainfall.
