Open day at historic warren

An historic rabbit warren is staging its annual open day next week.

The warren at Mildenhall was established in the 1320s and is one of only two medieval warren lodges to survive in the region.

The warren at Mildenhall was established in the 1320s and is one of only two medieval warren lodges to survive in the region.

The annual opening of Mildenhall Warren Lodge is on Saturday, September 13 between 10am and 4pm and is being organised by Friends of Thetford Forest Park and Forest Heath District Council.
