CROXTON is to open its gardens to the public on Sunday to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and the village garden club.Visitors to the afternoon event can buy a programme and map at £3 per person (children free) in advance at the village shop and on the day at the village hall and garden number eight in Melville Road.

CROXTON is to open its gardens to the public on Sunday to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and the village garden club.

Visitors to the afternoon event can buy a programme and map at £3 per person (children free) in advance at the village shop and on the day at the village hall and garden number eight in Melville Road.

Refreshments will be on sale at the Village Hall and also garden No 6 at Harefield Road. Various plants will be available for sale, and there will be other stalls. Parking will be available opposite the Village Hall, while parking at the Village Hall will be retained for disabled access and organisers.

This year there are 11 gardens, including three new ones, on show. The event runs from 2pm-6pm.
