A stunning bowling display from Danny Snowling moved Winterton to the brink of the Division One title as they beat Kirkley Sports by six wickets. Snowling returned figures of 6-24 and Tom Roper backed him up with 4-31 to bowl Kirkley out for under 100, before Martin Witheridge (36no) led Winterton home.

In Division Three, Costessey had two half-centurions, Carl Smith (52) and Ian Whiddett (59) in their 20-run win against Great Melton B.

Martham's six-wicket triumph over Hales A and Drayton A's walkover win leaves both sides battling it out for the Division Four title on the final weekend.

Hingham remain on course to finish top of Division Five after a nine-wicket demolition of Rocklands A, but Lowestoft B, in second, still have the title in their sights following a 25-run win at New Buckenham.

It is even tigher at the top of Division Six, where Blundeston replaced Hardingham A as leaders.
