Thetford Town to start new season with tough run of away games

Thetford Town have been handed a tough start to the new Thurlow Nunn Premier Division season – starting with four successive away games.

Mark Scott takes his side to Whitton United on the opening day of the season, Saturday, August 8. A trip to Godmanchester Rovers follows on August 12, before the short trip to Swaffham Town in the FA Cup extra preliminary round on August 15.

League trips to Brantham Athletic and Mildenhall Town are then followed by a home match against Blackstones in the FA Vase first qualifying round on Saturday, September 5 and a home league game against Kirkley & Pakefield the following Saturday.
