Thetford Town will be aiming to get their league season back on track over the Easter weekend before their big night out at Carrow Road at the end of the month.

The Brecklanders have taken just one point from their previous six games in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division and need to find some form before they take on Dereham Town in the final of the Norfolk Senior Cup on Tuesday, April 30.

Their latest defeat came in midweek at Haverhill Rovers, with the hosts edging home 2-1. After going behind on 14 minutes Thetford hit back on the hour mark when Nathan Clarke volleyed home from a corner but poor defending allowed Rovers to score a second just before the break and that’s the way it stayed.

Danny White’s side visit Hadleigh on Saturday and then take on Walsham le Willows at Mundford Road on Easter Monday (both 3pm).
