Thetford Dolphins swimmers come away with 11 wins in Fenland gala

Thetford Dolphins Junior swimmers made the trip to Wisbech for round three of the Junior Fenland League and another outstanding performance saw them finish second place to the hosts.

A fantastic 11 first places were achieved as the swimmers once again turned on the style.

Leading the way for Thetford were Francesca Long (100m IM, PB), Harry Fasey (50m fly, PB and 50m back), Aimee Dickerson (50m fly, PB and 50m back, PB), Ben Buckley (50m free, PB), Mariesha Blackwell-Florentin (50m breast, PB), Louis James (50m breast, PB), Ella Darton (50m breast, PB), Amalee Neill-Gourlay (50m fly, PB) and finally Miah Bull (50m back, PB) who was competing in her first gala.

Further pbs were set by Isaac Clark, Archie King, Tommy Morais de Sousa, Emma Malcolm, Maisie Francis, Charis Neill-Gourlay, Dominic Trowell and Thomas Ridding. All the swimmers were a credit to the club.
