There were 29 Thetford Dolphins swimmers taking part in the 2015 Norfolk County Challenge, held over two weekends at Dereham Leisure Centre, under the watchful eye of head coach Terry Clucas.

Out of the 149 swims, the Dolphins produced 79 personal bests and four club records. The following swimmers achieved top-three places in their age groups during the two weekends.

Alex Darton was second in the 100m backstroke and second in the 200m backstroke. Alexandra Ashley was first in the 200m IM, second in the 200m backstroke, third in the 100m freestyle, third in the 200m freestyle and third in the 50m backstroke.

Other results: Alice Fasey (1 200m backstroke (club record), 3 200m freestyle, 3 100m backstroke, 3 100m freestyle), Ben Flood (2 100m breaststroke), Charlie Trowell (3 100m butterfly) and Daniel Ashford (3 100m breaststroke).

Daniel Clark (1 50m butterfly, 1 200m backstroke, 1 100m backstroke, 2 50m backstroke, 2 100m freestyle, 3 50m freestyle) and Daniel Penny (1 200m butterfly, 1 50m butterfly, 2 50m backstroke, 2 100m backstroke, 3 100m freestyle, 3 50m freestyle).

Elena Armes (1 50m freestyle, 2 50m backstroke, 3 50m butterfly), Emma Malcolm (2 100m backstroke, 3 50m freestyle, 3 50m breaststroke) and Georgina Free (1 100m backstroke, 1 100m butterfly, 1 200m breaststroke, 1 200m IM, 1 50m breaststroke, 1 50m butterfly, 2 100m breaststroke, 3 50m freestyle).

Grace McGill (1 50m breaststroke, 1 200m freestyle (CR), 1 200m butterfly (CR), 1 100m butterfly (CR), 2 100m freestyle), Isaac Clark (1 50m backstroke, 2 100m backstroke) and Jack Pinkney (3 100m breaststroke).

Jacob Wright (3 100m butterfly), Macaulay Harvey (1 50m butterfly, 2 100m freestyle, 2 50m backstroke, 3 200m IM), Maisie Francis (3 100m butterfly) and Toby Dickenson (3 100m backstroke).

The Dolphins also had 13 fourth, 13 fifth and 11 sixth places.
