Thetford Dolphins made the short trip to Mildenhall for the West Row Coaches Trophy Gala.

After the 43 events the Dolphins produced an outstanding 26 first places and 21 personal bests including a new club record to win the trophy with a creditable 143 points.

The club record went to Alice Fasey in winning the 50m breaststroke. Other winners were Isaac Clark (25m fly & 50m breast, Alfie King (50m free & 100m back), Maisie Francis (50m free & 50m fly), Louis James (50m free & 50m back), Daniel Clark (50m breast), Alexandra Ashley (100m back & 100m fly), Macauley Harvey (100m breast), Amie Copp (100m breast), Benjamin Trowell (100m free & 4x25m IM), Elena Armes (100m free), Emily Duffy (100m breast & 4x25m IM), Grace McGill (100m free & 4x25m IM) and Alex Darton (100m free).

The Dolphins also dominated the 4x25m relays, with Daniel Penny, Isaac Clark, Louis James & Daniel Clark; Alfie King, Benjamin Trowell, Macauley Harvey & Alex Darton and Emily Duffy, Elana Armes, Amie Copp & Alexandra Ashley all being victorious.

To culminate an excellent evening the final race saw a mixed 8x25m relay with a Dolphins team coming home first.
