WITH only one match to go in the Norfolk Darts Super League the Thetford Men only require two games out of the final seven to win the league. This was after a 6-1 thrashing of Great Yarmouth this week.

It was one of the girls who took the limelight though, Carina Allsop had a season's best average of 18.11 in her 3-0 win. This was six points a dart more than her current average. The girls lost 3-1 overall. Man of the match was Gary Butcher with an average of 28.36 in his 3-0 win. Gary King had an excellent 167 check-out, 60-57-bull.
Yarmouth didn't bring a youth player so Dan Mock had to make do with beating one of the Yarmouth men.
Dan won 3-2 and had an average of 19.63.
The final match of the season is home (The Great Eastern, Brandon) on Sunday, starting at 7pm.
