STRIDING OUT: On Friday, two members of Thetford Athletic Club ran in the Kirton Friday five mile. Stacey Owen ran it in 36:46 and Sam Wing in 39:43, both personal bests. Then on Sunday, three members of the club ran in the Edingthorpe four. Tony Cantle was timed at 28:06 11th man, Stacey Owen 29:25 second woman and Sam Wing 31:03 fifth woman.
