Mundford Cricket Club celebrated their 50th anniversary playing at Fir Close with a six-a-side tournament on Sunday, which consisted of two teams from Mundford and Saham Toney.
Tom Price captained the Mundford Outsiders and Daniel Keeler led the other Mundford side.
With the Mundford Outsiders opening up with one of the Saham sides, Mundford were anticipating a good day of cricket - and they weren't disappointed as all the games were tight affairs.
With six games in the group stages, everybody played each other once, then there was a third a fourth place game and a lunch. One Saham team and Daniel Keeler's team competed for third and fourth with the latter team coming out top.
The tournament final was between Saham A and Tom Price's Mundford Outsiders, with the latter winning, having been undefeated all the way through.
It just proves the talent that comes out of Mundford.
At the end of the day there weren't any winners, it was just a great way of marking the occasion for Mundford CC.
