There are plenty of opportunities for people to go along and have fun, with classes held in climbing, cricket, dance, gymnastics, martial arts and tennis.
They also have a fitness room with cardiovascular equipment and free weights, together with the opportunity to pay and play a variety of sports including badminton and tennis.
They are looking for more coaches to run other sports, for example badminton, basketball and netball.
