Robson's a hit on greens
Golfer Christopher Robson, 18, is burning up the Feltwell fairways at the moment; he equalled the course record of 69 in the recent Friday Stableford and followed it up with 40 points in the President's Putter next day.
Golfer Christopher Robson, 18, is burning up the Feltwell fairways at the moment; he equalled the course record of 69 in the recent Friday Stableford and followed it up with 40 points in the President's Putter next day.
Chris followed all that up with a 70 (gross 73) in the Norfolk County Order of Merit event at Costessey Park on Sunday, the nett result of all this is that Chris has had his handicap cut to two.
It was another junior member, Ben Dominey, who captured the President's Putter with a superb 44 points eclipsing the clubhouse leader, Neil Bunten by one shot.
This was another superb day of golf at Feltwell with approximately 60 golfers, representing all sections of the club and played in superb weather conditions.
