Members of Thetford Hapkido Club recently attended the National All Styles martial arts finals in Coventry and returned with a host of trophies.
They brought home a total of haul of 10 trophies – five of which were national titles, four for second place and one for third place – all from just five members.
The team competed in point sparring, continuous sparring, empty hand forms, weapon forms and self defence.
Thetford Hapkido Club train at Water World, Thetford, in the martial arts suite, between 6.30pm and 9pm on Monday and Wednesday.
