The hotly-contested MX 2 Stroke British Championship heads to Mildenhall for the increasingly popular MCF staged series on Sunday. Mildenhall plays host to round eight of the ten-round championship and with racing in both 125cc and 250cc classes at an all-time best, current series leaders have their work cut out.

In the 125cc class TM's Jon Pettitt is continuing to dominate the championship and will be looking to capitalise on his near- perfect performances in advance of the penultimate and final rounds of the championship which take place on consecutive days at Marshfield on October 4 and 5.

In the open class Honda's Mark Eastwood is edging ahead of the pack but with Yamaha's Dave Willet eager for success it looks set to be a thrilling end to the season.

Gates open at 9am and the first race starts at 11.30am.

Admission is £10 adults, £5 for children and a family ticket is £25 - which admits two adults and two children.

The Mildenhall MX Track is located at Moto-Land UK, Cooks Drove, West Row.

Red Bull are a major partner in the DEP 2 Stroke British Championship and are keen to be actively involved in the development of the championship.

Yamaha have also increased their support by offering a 2009 YZ to anyone that is competing on a 2008 YZ this year.
