WITH both sides a bit off the pace after five weeks without a game, Harling scored first with a well-struck penalty from Kyle Lynn after Danny Watts was tripped in the area.

Within five minutes Caister scored two good goals to take the lead.

Harling then stepped up the pace and had several chances before Martin Gent scored twice.

Harling dominated the early part of the second half with Watts scoring twice.

Caister had a goal disallowed because of a blatant hand ball and had a player sent off for persistent argument with the referee.

Soon after Watts completed his hat-trick to put the game beyond doubt and lift Harling to fifth in the table.

This was a solid and committed team performance, with Watts and Gent impressive up front.

Chris Marlow, Russell Lewis and Ben Chase showed tremendous energy throughout and that was key to the win, but every player did well and Matty Price also impressed on his debut for the first team.
