ANOTHER good week for the Thetford men in the Norfolk Darts Super League, a 4-3 win away at Fakenham.

The ladies put up a strong fight but lost 3-1.

Once again the man-of-the-match was the captain, Gary King.

ANOTHER good week for the Thetford men in the Norfolk Darts Super League, a 4-3 win away at Fakenham.

The ladies put up a strong fight but lost 3-1.

Once again the man-of-the-match was the captain, Gary King. Gary had a 3-0 win against a fellow county player and an average of 26.85. The other Thetford winners were Craig Norton, Jason Mold, Mark Allen and Jamie Webb on his debut.

The lady of the match was Carina Allsop whose 17.48 average, in her 3-0 win, should get her into the county reckoning.

Will Stanmore played in the youth game and beat his opponent 2-0 with an average of 20.04. Will had earlier represented Norfolk Youth in the match away at Bedfordshire where he won his game.

Men: Jamie Webb 3-0 16.34, Craig Norton 3-0 24.64, Paul Goldsmith 2-3 20.90, Terry Stanmore 1-3 22.00, Jason Mold 3-1 23.86, Gary King 3-0 26.85, Mark Allen 0-3 17.48.

Ladies: Vinny Novell 0-3 12.60, Carina Allsop 3-0 17.48, Nikky Herschell 0-3 13.14, Rosemarie Morris 0-3 10.56.

Youth: Will Stanmore 2-0 20.04.
