Beccles Town, who host Brandon on Saturday, are two places higher in the Anglian Combination Premier Division.
Brandon produced another goal fest as they put eight past AFC Norwich, with two in reply, in what was their first away victory since last December.
Town went ahead after 14 minutes when Wright latched onto Corston's clearance and slotted home.
The hosts levelled from a Cosgrave free-kick just after the half hour.
Brandon finished the half well as Leech restored the lead as he volleyed home Wright's cross on 40 minutes.
Two minutes later Catchpole fed Waites, who made no mistake from close range. Brown made it four when he pounced after Wright's shot hit the bar three minutes later.
