CC Breckland riders out in blustery conditions

Cycling Club Breckland riders battled blustery conditions in multiple events.

Veterans Chris Nudds and Nick Parravani rode in the West Suffolk Wheelers 21-mile time trial at Risby. Chris finished in 54:26 and Nick in 1-02:51.

A little further south, at Six Mile Bottom, Cycling Club Breckland riders Michael Wood, Paul Sexton and Alex Bailey were riding the Eastern Counties Cycling Association 10-mile time trial. Early riders Michael and Paul managed to ride before the rain, posting times of 25:47 and 23:39 respectively. Riding later in the event, Alex rode in a constant downpour to post a time of 22:06, finishing in the top 20.

Cycling Club Breckland’s Paul Coulthread rode the Wisbech Wheelers’ 10-mile time trial in 31:56.
