Brecks Ladies' champion feeling

The men's A after losing their previous game came back with a bang defeating Shotford A, one of their main rivals for promotion 87-56 to gain all seven points (7-0). M Rutter, G Farthing, A Byford, M Scarborough 22-10; B Mosby, E Melton, J Gardner, J Wright 19-12; G Mealing, T Bingham, D Peaks, P Scott 22-18; L Holden, D Beattie, D Kay, R Barnbrook 24-16.

The men's B travelled to play Hunstanton B and came away with a good win 96-87, (5-2) to keep a respectable mid table position. S Brider, R Key, J Washbrook, L Robinson 13-33; B Sales, L Friend, S Stones, T Lamb 21-26; W Brewer, J Baldwin, W Boast, G Hollowood 21-20; S Ferney, J Beckson, J Kennedy, S Davey 41-8.

In a friendly match against Downham Market Conservatives BC Brecks had a comfortable win 161-46. M Robinson, D Murray, P Scott 28-8; J Beckson, R Body, J Gardner 36-2; A Adamson, G Mealing 27-9; C Murray, E Melton, L Robinson 23-5; V Adamson, J Anderson, W Pattee 34-8; JE Gardner, J Doubleday, D Kay 13-14.

On Sunday the Brecks entertained Norfolk County Past Presidents and once again had a good win 125-101. On April 22 the Breck are entertaining the National President of the EBA with his team. All spectators are welcome 2pm start.
