A new woodland walk for a community to enjoy their ‘daily dose of nature’ has been created in a town.
Volunteers from Thetford Conservation Group have created a new walk, behind the Premier Inn car park, Maine Street, for residents to enjoy the town's natural beauty.

The community will be able to take a stroll along a set of paths which go through an area of woodland, starting from three entrances, behind a play area and wildflower meadow.
Mark Webster, Thetford Town Council's countryside and planning officer, said: "We hope that local residents and visitors will now come into the woods to enjoy their daily dose of nature, without having to go far from home."
Mr Webster set up the conservation group to give Thetford community the chance to get close to nature and to help look after some of the town's green open spaces.
