Two men have been charged with fraud in a series of Norfolk market towns.
In November and December last year police received reports from a home improvement company that some of their customers had been approached by two men claiming to work for them and offering repairs.
Officers attended an address in Thetford on December 1 and arrested two men.
Following further enquiries, Riley Smith and Ricky Bull, both aged 35, were last week both charged with five counts of fraud in Wymondham, Watton, Attleborough and Thetford, plus theft of an advertising sign and paperwork in Wymondham and damage to a roof in Attleborough.
Smith, of The Street, Beck Row, and Bull, of Sandy Park, Fen Road, Cambridge, are due before Bury St Edmunds magistrates on February 14.
