In February, more than 20 members of the Third Thetford Beavers group visited staff at Specsavers in Thetford.
The children aged between six and eight were shown around the different in store stations, the consulting rooms and were shown a video of an eye test.
They also had pictures taken of the backs of their eyes taken and got to try on different pairs of glasses.
Paul Clark, director of Specsavers in Thetford said: “It was so much fun having the Beavers in store and we were pleased to be able to help them get their badge.
“It is also so important for us to raise awareness about the importance of eye health among the children in our community so we were thrilled to welcome them.”
