A festival in a Norfolk town will finish with an explosion of colour and music as dancers fill the streets.
The Festival of Norfolk and Punjab has been on in Thetford celebrating the town's link with the Duleep Singh dynasty.
On Saturday, August 3, Thetford Riverside Leisure Complex will round-off the festival with a host of events with a colourful and vibrant afternoon of performances including an outdoor Indian village circus and the Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band.
Delegates representing the Sikh community from across the UK will be attending to experience the five hours of free entertainment.
Indi Sandhu, festival director, said: "The festival of Norfolk and Punjab celebrates the life and achievements of the Duleep Singh family and their contribution to Norfolk.
"The festival will come to an end at Thetford Riverside Green with a spectacle of vibrant colours including the Silk flags, outdoor Indian rural village circus, henna hand painting, Indian food with traditional folklore of contemporary Maypole dance and the Punjabi harvest dance of Bhangra."
The event completes a seven-week programme of events across Norfolk in various towns and villages connected to the Duleep Singh dynasty, with Thetford being at the heart of it.
Breckland Council's executive member for community, leisure and culture, Mark Robinson, said: "The festival is always very popular and it brings members of the community and visitors together, which is exactly what we strive to achieve at our On The Green events."
The 'Duleep Singhs', the last Royal family of the Punjab, were associated with Norfolk for almost a century.
Prince Frederick Duleep Singh founded Ancient House Museum in Thetford and saved many local churches from closure by raising funds and supporting renovation works.
He was also a collector, amassing a collection of books and portraits about the county, later donated to the borough of Thetford.
The event runs from 1pm to 6pm. It is free to attend, and refreshments will be available from stalls and nearby restaurants, coffee shops and the Cinema.
