A Norfolk garden centre has won a host of awards at the Garden Centre Association (GCA) Area Awards.
Thetford Garden Centre achieved third place for Outdoor Living, second place for both Indoor Lifestyle and Best Garden Product Retailer, third place in the Garden Centre of the Year Award and first place in the Award for Catering Excellence.
As members of the GCA, the centre is required to participate in an annual inspection process. The surprise Inspections are carried out by independent experts with the scores used to decide the awards
Director Lucy Nixon said: “We are thrilled with our placings in so many categories.
“We have just undergone a major extension and refurbishment and it’s lovely to have scored so highly in areas such as ambience and décor.
“Our team work really hard to create a warm and friendly atmosphere and provide excellent service levels.”
