Police appeal for witnesses following an assault in Thetford

A man in his twenties has been assaulted in Thetford.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a young man was verbally and physically attacked in Thetford.
The incident took place at around 11.45am on Wednesday, February 14.
A man in his twenties was walking along Canterbury Bridge near the Meadows when he was approached by another man, who kicked him before verbally abusing him.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has any information, should contact PC Gideon Weigelt-Holmes at Thetford Police Station on 101.
