More than £300 was presented to the Thetford Toy Library to help towards the cost of play equipment.

The money was donated by Sainsbury’s as part of its Community Grant Scheme which helps charitable groups in the local community, and is funded by bags for life.

Sainsbury Thetford store manager, Dave Bassett, said: Our store is at the heart of the local community and it is important that we can do as much as we can to support it.

“When we heard about thetford toy library toy library we were really pleased to be able to help out.”
