Track fans with a need for speed helped raised thousands of pounds for charity this week as a passenger charity ride event returned for another lap.
Hundreds of people turned out at Snetterton race track on Sunday to take part in the STR Charity Passenger Ride Day in aid of a host of charities.
Thrillseekers were able to pay for a lap in a range of cars driven by a professional driver.
Everything from Fords to Ferraris were available, with children also able to get in on the action in a lunchtime session.
And after the rubber was burned, thousands of pounds had been raised for Norwich City’s Community Sports Foundation, East Anglian Air Ambulance, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice (EACH) and Norfolk Accident Rescue Service (NARS).
