Six fire crews on scene of blaze at roadside cafe

Fire crews from Norfolk and Suffolk are battling a fire at Brown’s Cafe in Mundford.

The cafe is on the roundabout of the A1065 Swaffham Road and the A134 to Thetford.

It is understood the fire is now under control.

Six crews, two from Thetford, one from Brandon, Attleborough, Methwold, and Downham Market, are in attendance of the incident on Swaffham Road.

The ambulance service were called to the scene but were diverted and told to stood down by the fire service.

One man was treated for minor smoke inhalation.
