People aged over 55 are being asked to contribute to a study about physical activity levels in retirement.
Active Norfolk announced earlier this year it had received £45,000 in funding from Sport England to develop new research about the issue.
It said not enough is known about how physical activity habits are affected by retirement. Keeping active in later life is said to benefit people socially, physically and mentally.
The outcome of the Physical Activity in Retirement Transitions Study will help the development of activity provision for older people.
Anyone aged over 55 is asked to take part in a short 10-15 minute survey, regardless of their physical activity levels.
Those who do will have the chance to win high street shopping vouchers.
The study is open until October 8. To take part, visit www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/PARTS2018/
