New play and exercise equipment along with a newly resurfaced car park has officially been completed at a village hall.
Wretham Village Hall, with the support of more than £13,000 in grant funding from Breckland District Council, installed the new equipment to help improve the wellbeing and fitness of residents.
The equipment includes an outdoor exercise bike, a fitness station, and a nest swing, while the hall’s car park also underwent a resurfacing to improve safety for disabled users.
Breckland District councillor Philip Cowen said: “I am delighted to see the tremendous efforts by Wretham Village Hall Committee has borne fruit with these two projects, which have not only helped the hall become more accessible but will also benefit the wellbeing of local residents over the coming months and years.”
