These fantastic images show a B-52 Stratofortress being refuelled over the North Sea by a KC-135 tanker from RAF Mildenhall.
The pictures, captured by Tech Sgt David Dobrydney, were taken during a training flight on January 19.
The US Air Force Stratofortress is on a deployment to England from the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota.
It is seen flying with two US Air Force F-15C Eagles assigned to RAF Lakenheath and two RAF Typhoons.
Four B-52s, which have a wing span of 185ft, are currently conducting training in the UK with one recently making a flying visit to RAF Mildenhall when it was diverted due to inclement weather.
RAF Mildenhall’s 100th Air Refuelling Wing celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. Its airmen and aircraft have provided support to major operations across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
