Hooded man tries to rob woman
A hooded man tried to rob a woman in a mobility scooter in Thetford.The man - who wore a parka coat with the hood over his face - approached the woman from at Green Lane, and grabbed her coat and demanded money.

The man - who wore a parka coat with the hood over his face - approached the woman from at Green Lane, and grabbed her coat and demanded money.
She shouted for help and the offender fled.
The victim was in her 40s and was not injured but shaken by her ordeal.
The offender was wearing a dark blue parka style coat with fur trim on the hood, black wool gloves, stocky build and between 6ft and 6ft2 tall.
The incident occurred between 7.40am and 7:50am on Friday, around 50 yards from the Mallow Road crossing.

Police believe that three schoolgirls may have seen this incident as they had passed the victim a few moments before.
Officers are keen to trace the girls as they could have important information.
