PEOPLE will be able to eat healthily more easily thanks to a roadshow due to arrive today.

The All Being Roadshow will give information and advice to people about improving their health and exercising more and fruit will be given away alongside information packs.

The free event, held by national charity Community Service Volunteers (CSV) will focus on healthy eating, regular exercise, and good mental health.

Just over 15pc of Breckland people take the recommended 30 minutes of physical activity a day, according to Sport England, which the roadshow hopes to change with demonstrations of hula hooping, Tai Chi, skipping and dancing, amongst others.

There will also be representatives from various organisations including Connexions, the Girl Guides and Stop Smoking Service.

All Being Well Roadshow co-ordinator Ewan Phillips, said: “It'll be great to spread the message about how just little changes in everyday lifestyle can make a massive impact on your physical health and mental wellbeing.

“We have loads of fantastic partners joining us on the day, providing some fun demonstrations and lots of really useful information, advice and support.

“We would love as many people as possible to come along and join in the fun and find out just how easy it is to build a healthier lifestyle.”

Town mayor Pauline Quadling will open the event which will be held on today from 10am to 4pm. Radio Norfolk's David Webster will play host.
