A review by Suffolk Police Authority means changes will involve some reductions and increases of hours across the county.
The opening hours are currently being raised at parish and town council meetings and will be discussed at all SNT Tasking Meetings, which are open to the public.
Police stations are grouped into three public access tiers, depending on the degree of demand they face.

“Research has shown a significant disparity in demand and staffing between sites.
“It is important to emphasise that these changes affect the public enquiry desk facility at police stations. The stations themselves will remain fully operational.”
