Four candidates have been nominated for a Thetford Town Council by-election.
Retired headteacher Mike Brindle (Liberal Democrat), independent Terry Dean, community worker Terry Jermy (Labour), and residents' association leader Mark Ludford (Conservative) are in the running for the Saxon ward seat.
It comes after one of the council's youngest members, Gareth Pickering, resigned due to work commitments.
Polling for the by-election will take place between 7am and 10pm on Thursday, July 17.
