Firefighters tackle TV set blaze

Hours of design, construction, and fine-tuning came to a climax yesterday when dozens of hand-built racing machines took to the roads of a north Suffolk village.

Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze involving a television set at a home in Methwold in the early hours of Saturday morning .

Crews from Methwold and Brandon were called to the house in White Road at about 4.15am today. They spent about 40 minutes tackling the small fire.
