Fighting chance for children in Brandon
SICK children will be given a fighting chance thanks to people signing up for a body combat taster session.
SICK children will be given a fighting chance thanks to people signing up for a body combat taster session.
The cost is �5 per session and all money raised will be donated to Action Medical Research, a charity which helps to improve the heath of babies and children.
The tasters will take place at Brandon Leisure Centre on Sunday, March 7 from 9.30am until 10.30am and 10.30am until 11.30am.
Leisure operations manager, Nigel Snape, said: “This is a non-contact martial arts based programme with an aerobic twist.

“We haven't run the classes at Brandon before but if we get positive feedback we will look into setting up a regular class. “Now is the time for people to give it a go and let us know what they think - and either way they know their money has gone to a good cause.”
