Emergency services including the air ambulance and rapid response vehicle were called to Thetford to help a person who had suffered a cardiac arrest.
Calls were made at 12.58pm on Sunday, November 10, with reports someone had suffered a cardiac arrest, in Guildford Way.
A spokesman for East of England Ambulance Services said: "We sent an ambulance, rapid response vehicle and East Anglian Air Ambulance.
"One person was taken to West Suffolk Hospital by land ambulance in a serious condition."
