Neil Parnell left his home in Mile End three weeks ago and has not been seen since. It is out of character for Neil to go missing in this way and his family is anxious to know his whereabouts.
Neil is described as white, 5 foot 7 inches tall, of medium build with dark brown receding hair and blue eyes.
It is believed Neil has travelled to the Great Yarmouth area and further inquiries to locate him are being carried out there.
