Manorcourt Homecare provides practical help as well as companionship to people living in their own homes.
Carers provide help with personal care routines, domestic tasks and transport at branches in Thetford, Swaffham, Downham Market and Lowestoft.
General manager of Manorcourt Homecare, Janice King said: “Our carers do many different things to make life enjoyable for our customers, anything from taking them out to lunch or going on bus trips.
“One of our carers even took a customer to a wedding in Scotland.
“We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding service to everyone, whether we visit them three times a day or just once a week.
“It is very important that we help them to achieve the best out of life, whilst remaining in their own home.”
Manorcourt Homecare recently achieved a Good rating from the Quality Care Commission, an independent inspector of health and social care in England.
Ms King added: “When we started we were offering just 400 hours of care a week and we are now providing over 8,000 hours each week to over 1,400 customers in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
“All our care workers are highly trained and extremely dedicated. “During the last ten years we have helped thousands of people to live independent and full lives.”
