Could this be one of the smallest properties available on Airbnb in East Anglia?
This former fire station house sleeps four and has been in the town of Brandon, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border for more than 150 years.
But when owner Gwyneth Bisset took on the building in 2016 it was in a run-down state, having not been used for the previous 40 years.
The mother-of-four said: "A local historian had told me that the building had been here for 40 years without a use and it was just falling down, it just needed a bit of love.
"I enquired as to how to go about buying it and after a long processes I purchased it.
"I get a lot of people come to stay who are on holiday and want a break with Thetford Forest very close and High Lodge with the concerts.
"I also get American families come to stay as they look for somewhere quite quirky when visiting family at RAF Lakenheath."
The structure was first built as the original fire pump housing in 1842, where a manual fire cart was stored.
In 1907 it was renovated to store a horse-drawn fire pump with a new fire brigade being formed and on duty the following year.
In 1938, with the Second World War looming, the station was repurposed into public toilets, until about 1965 when it became empty.
Ms Bisset added: "This was a very difficult property as it was supporting electricity for the whole street and we had to cut everyone's electricity off and install a box that supports other people's electricity supply.
"Even though it used to be toilets we weren't sure about drainage and there was no water.
I want people to enjoy their stay and get a little bit of the history behind it.
"I've invested a lot and it will probably take the rest of my life to recoup my investment."
Ms Bisset, who also works as a home music teacher, originally bought the house as a place for her son, who has a disability, to live independently when he was able to.
She has three other properties and is looking to expand her business.
