A 34-year-old woman with Down's Syndrome from Thetford is looking for sponsorship to enable her to fulfil her dream of completing a tandem parachute jump for charity.
A 34-year-old woman with Down's Syndrome from Thetford is looking for sponsorship to enable her to fulfil her dream of completing a tandem parachute jump for charity.
Bianca Bevan, who lives at Fryers Walk, a residential home in the town, needs �395 to be able to book her place on the jump. In turn she hopes to use the jump to raise money for Whizz Kids, the charity for disabled children.
Site manager and support worker Sonia Bevan said it was a lifelong ambition for Bianca.
“She is a lovely, out-going person who has lots of friends here and has so much to give,” she said. “She is always trying to help people and we want to help her to achieve her dream.”
