An man who was warned in court not to breach an order banning him from drinking in a town centre was arrested there hours later.
Alan Hazedine, 64, of St John's Way, had appeared at Norwich Magistrates on Tuesday, August 20, where he admitted holding an open can of premium-strength lager in places where public drinking is banned on four separate occasions in King Street and Well Street.
He also pleaded guilty to acting drunk and disorderly at the town's Chase pub on the evening of July 26, when he openly urinated in front of a crowd of 25 people, including 15 children.
Wayne Ablett, prosecuting, said a witness of the pub garden incident recognised Hazeldine because he saw him "drinking on a daily basis in the town centre".
That evening, he was arrested for breaching his community protection notice and will appear in court on September 17.
