Thetford children were given the “experience of a lifetime” as they performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
Youngsters from Thetford took part in a performance at the Royal Albert Hall, in London, as part of the Music for Youth Proms.
150 year six pupils from Drake Primary, Bishop's Church of England Primary and Admirals Academy took to the stage at the world famous venue to perform 'A Kind of Magic Flute' on Wednesday November 13.
Breckland Councillor Stuart Terry went along with the children to watch the performance after he helped to raise funds for transport so their families and supporters could also attend.
He said: "It was an amazing experience. The kids were blown away after being given an experience of a life time.
"I would like to thank everyone in the town who helped to raise £1,512.50, of which £347 went to each school and the rest donated to the Norfolk Music Hub."
