Chart-topping singer Olly Murs proved that he has The X Factor in Thetford on Sunday night. 

Murs performed at High Lodge in Thetford Forest on the final night of the Forest Live 2024 outdoor concert series there.

He returned to the region after supporting Take That at Carrow Road in Norwich in May 2024.

Since shooting to fame after finishing as the runner-up on The X Factor in 2009, Murs has racked up five number-one albums - including his most recent 2022 release Marry Me.

His four singles to reach the top spot were Please Don't Let Me Go, Heart Skips a Beat, Dance with Me Tonight and Troublemaker.

He has also hosted ITV's Starstruck and appeared on talent show The Voice as a coach.

Forest Live takes place in woodland locations across the country and there were five concerts in Thetford this year.

The 2024 line-up was Bryan Adams, Sting, Paloma Faith, Tom Jones and Olly Murs.
