A popular sandwich spot has had to close today due to flooding.
Munchies, in Wimbledon Avenue in Brandon, was forced to shut after a burst pipe sent water gushing past the entrance of the shop.
Scott Smith and his partner Mandy Jones, who launched the business together in November 2023, found the water damage this morning.
They said in a statement on social media: "We are sorry to say it but we will be closed today due to a burst water pipe outside the shop.

"The Anglian Water team are doing everything they can but it's just not safe for us to open."
They added that they would share updates on their progress on their Facebook page.
