The A11 on the Norfolk-Suffolk border was closed for 12 hours overnight due to a serious crash involving two vehicles.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service received calls of a two-vehicle crash on the A11 between Barton Mills, near Mildenhall, and Thetford just before 8.30pm on Monday.
Police and the ambulance service were also in attendance and an emergency road closure was put into place.

Two people were injured in the crash.
Both vehicles were recovered by 12.20am but highways remained on the scene to repair road barrier damage.
The A11 fully reopened at 8.15am on Tuesday.
